Leave space above the roof
Shoot from the front corner at roughly headlight height. Include the curved roof, hood and rear quarter; cutting off the roof can turn a low sports car into a generic shape.
Keep both wheels on the visible side
Avoid an extreme low wide-angle shot. It can exaggerate the nearest fender and wheel. Step back and keep the front and rear contact points visible to ground the assembly sequence.
