What you buy

AI Venom Car sells one-off video packs: Single Video for $7.90 or 3-Video Pack for $18.90. The exact price is shown before you go to the secure checkout. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Guest generation starts after confirmed payment.

A buy button is only shown while checkout is available. Choosing and previewing a photo never creates a charge.

Failed requests

If a guest render definitely fails or is rejected by moderation, contact Support with your order reference for review and an applicable payment refund. We do not automatically charge again or submit a replacement.

If the outcome of a request is unclear — for example the provider did not answer — it stays on hold until we have checked what happened. We never send the same paid request twice on our own. Please do not submit it again while it is under review; contact Support if it stays unresolved.

A result you simply do not like — likeness, movement or framing that differs from what you expected — is not a failed render and does not include another attempt or a refund.

Payment refunds

Completed videos are subject to the refund conditions below.

For paid videos that were not delivered, contact us with your order reference. Contact us within 14 days of payment. If we confirm the video was not delivered because of a failed render or a moderation rejection, we refund that video. Unused credits from an account pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment processor, and access to refunded guest videos is revoked.

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
