Your photos and generated videos

Photos upload privately when you continue to payment. We remove supported location and camera metadata on our server before storage or generation. We send your photos to our generation and moderation providers only after confirmed payment.

When you submit a request, we upload your one photo to private storage and share short-lived access links with two kinds of service providers:

• a third-party AI video provider, which renders the video from your photo and our own scene description;
• a third-party content moderation service, which checks your photo and the finished video automatically.

These providers receive only what they need for their part of the job. Processing may take place outside your country. Our providers are Cloudflare (website hosting, private storage and job processing), Kie.ai (video generation), SeeAPI (content moderation), Stripe (payments), our transactional email provider (order and pickup emails) and Google (optional sign-in). We do not promise storage in a particular region. Provider-controlled copies are subject to those providers' own practices and terms.

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children.

How long we keep files

• Source photos are kept for up to 72 hours after upload.
• Finished videos are kept for 30 days. Each result shows its own download deadline.

To request deletion before the deadline, contact Support from the order email. Deleting a video does not reverse a completed generation or its payment.

Automatic deletion from storage runs in the background, so physical removal can follow the deadline by a short time; access ends at the deadline. Files you have downloaded are under your control. Copies held by our service providers are governed by their own retention terms.

Accounts and payments

Guest checkout needs a delivery email, not an account. We store order and generation status, private access tokens as hashes, and delivery receipts. Resend processes your email address to deliver order and pickup messages. Optional account sign-in remains available for existing account customers.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We store the order reference, amount, payment status and the credits you bought. We never receive your full card number.

Analytics

Optional analytics load only if they are enabled for this site and you choose Allow in the analytics bar. They receive cleaned public page paths and a small set of product steps. They never receive your photos, file names, email address, or account, request and order identifiers. You can change your choice at any time with the Analytics choices control. Security

Photos and videos are private. Email pickup links expire after one hour and can be redeemed once for a 24-hour private browser session. Requesting another link does not extend the 30-day video retention period. Treat links as private: someone who receives one may redeem it.

Your choices and rights

You can remove a selected photo before submitting and contact Support from your order email to request deletion or ask what we hold about you.

We update this page when our processing or retention changes. The date above shows the current version.
